You may use the Service to share files and messages with your clients. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, or to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Data Controller Responsibility

You, the Business, are the data controller for your Clients' personal data processed through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and share that data, and for responding to any data subject requests from your Clients.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, droplana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
